You are in the right place. With ever changing hormones + roles we fulfill within these beautiful bodies, what could it feel like to have self-compassion laced with tools of support to live into the power and beauty of your cycle?

By looking at lifestyle factors such as stress management, sleep, nutrition, movement, relationships as it relates to our emotional and spiritual wellbeing, CycleSense will provide you a framework to practice building the personalized support you need to navigate your cycle with ease and power.

Each cohort is designed to create the space to hear each other’s stories, collectively learn about our cycle and begin building the rhythms of functional support through lifestyle factors that feel good to you! Because we space out the group meetings to every 2-3 weeks, you have time to mindfully pause + check in with your body each day with self-compassion and begin practicing small shifts in how you live your day to feel well.

If you have a group of girlfriends you want to gather and form a cohort, go for it! The collective conversation lends to great compassion and support as we’re all in this ever shifting journey of wanting to live well.

Cohort size: 4-6 women (group schedule made at the first foundational meeting)

Hollie is a wealth of knowledge in functional health both from her training and her own embodied experience. Her leadership in facilitating the Cycle Sense coaching group was a rich combination of solid health information (about the body and its processes and specific practices for coming into health balance) and fostering the powerful connection of women hearing each other’s health experiences and feeling less alone and more supported in our personal health journeys.
